《蚕桑辑要》由清代沈秉成辑。内容包含：诸家杂说、图说各一卷，书前附：告示规条。书后附沈炳震辑乐府（以蚕桑为题材）二十首。蚕桑农书是传统蚕桑技术重要的传承载体，也是地方劝课官员大规模引进与推广蚕桑技术的重要工具。
